Thank you so much for the answer I unfortunately dont yet make the 125% required for adjustment of status however i sit between and meet the 100% required for the K1. Do you know how long the beneficiary has before they have to start filing for AOS?

I have to pay child support for a child i havent seen since they are 1, its been 10 years. i was never married to the mother. and the child is not biologically mine. Would this count as a dependant of mine on the visa consideration for minimum income threshold.
