    Hi, thank you so much for your reply. That was my understanding as well. I cannot just use the address as I please. As you mentioned, the address for more than one year outside the US is the old one. I have one follow-up question: Does this impact my interview location? Waiting time for an Interview time in Pakistan, as you are probably aware, very long.

    Thank you for replying. Yes, I will have residency of Germany at the time of my visa interview. My confusion is with more than one year part. In both of these countries i have not lived for more than one year.

    I am a little confused regarding two questions. Please let me know what do you think. I am from Pakistan and came to Germany in Dec-22. My university is German, but i also got accepted into a semester exchange program in Italy. My timeline is as follows: 21-Dec-2022 to 15-Sept-23 Germany 16-Sept-23 to 10-Feb-24 Italy (I will be filing in one or two days so this would be my last address under address history) 11-Feb-24 to until visa interview Germany On form I-130A: Provide your last address outside the United States of more than one year (even if listed above). Now my confusion is which address to give? My current address in Italy or the past one in Germany? In both cases I have not lived at any address for more than one year. Please let me know which address to use. Question does ask for last address but i am confused about more than one year part. On form I-130 the questions 57-58f. "If the beneficiary's native written language does not use roman letters, type or print his or her name and foreign address in their native written language." I will write my name and address which is on my ID Card in native language in word and attach as pdf. Is that enough? Do i need to provide any other document? Official language of Pakistan is Urdu and English. My passport does not list my address but have my name in English. My national ID card have everything in both languages except address. So i think i would need to submit address in native language in any case.
