Congratulations!
Can I ask what your receipt block was? I saw on another thread that they work on them by blocks and as my receipt was a few days after you, I'm hoping we're in the same or close to the same block.

I just got a letter saying a decision has been made on my i-130 and that’s why they denied my i-129. I haven’t seen this reflected online. Is this happened to anyone else?

My K-3 was just denied today so I’m hoping that means my I-130 will be approved soon

Im not sure if the site is having issues today but a little stressed because I cant see my I-130 when I check my account on my USCIS account. Is this normal... It was there earlier this morning and now its gone

Also a June filer. I know that the estimate on USCIS’ website doesn’t really mean much but mine went from 5 weeks a couple of weeks ago to 5 months, which doesn’t help with the anxiety factor. We tried expediting our case but it went nowhere, neither with USCIS directly or through our congressman. We sent our paperwork May last year and got the notice in June and nearing the one year anniversary without any answers/predictions is disheartening. Sorry to not bring any news, I just needed to vent. This process is so alienating and every time I try to talk to someone from the US about it, they start with some bizarre racist comments about “certain people” entering the US that they do not approve of, as if it’s supposed to make me feel better 😩
anyways. Best of luck to us. Maybe some good news soon?Im sorry you went through that. This is what these groups are all about. we all can relate in some way shape or form going through this process. Im sure next month we will all be posting our approval dates.

Most if not all congresspeople should have a section on their website for constituent requests and one option should be immigration help, USCIS expedites, something like that.
I submitted a form through the website with basic information about my expedite request, then the office followed up asking for documentation of evidence to support the request and a signed form giving them access to my personal information for the purposes of the request. They then notified me they had submitted the request, and a month later they emailed me again saying the request was accepted by USCIS. A few days after that my application was approved.
Can I ask what was your reasoning you used to get the expedited? The guidelines are to broad for me.

first post on here filed June 10 23. still have no updates haven't been sent a RFE *fingers crossed*. We did the K3 and the I-130 but USCIS only moved forward with the I-130 as being reviewed the K3 remained the status of received.
