  1. Spectre started following Wedding ceremony in US before applying for I-130
  2. Spectre
    My fiancé and I are considering doing a church wedding ceremony (only) in the US before getting legally married in her home country and then applying for the I-130. She has no intention of staying in the US after her 10 day visit to the US. Would this cause any issues when applying for the I-130?
