I am trying to file i-130 for my stepson who is a minor and outside US. As i fill out the form i encounter Proof Of Legal Termination Of Parents' Prior Marriages, my husband is not married in his country what should i upload?
I also encounter Proof Of Stepparent/Stepchild Relationship, i have already uploaded my stepsons birth certificate, shall i upload it again here?
and what official statements? This include such as religious records, school records, census, written statements, dna test results. I dont have all of these.
What should i upload??? Help!
