Hi everyone! I’m just wrapping up my paperwork to send in, and I had a couple of questions about particular sections on the forms! For background, I’m applying for AOS through marriage from a B2, and I am currently in the USA. (I posted this before but got no responses to these questions so I'd like to try again... haha!) i-485, Part 3- Addresses. I’ve lived at the same address multiple times in the last 5 years, should I list each instance in the extra pages at the end so there are no gaps, even though these addresses are duplicates? For example- Address 1, Address 2, Address 3, Address 2 again, then my current address in the USA. I-131 I only see an option for physical address, no mailing address like other forms… I won’t be able to receive mail at my physical address as we are moving in the next couple of months! Is there any way I can make sure they send this document to the correct address stated on my other forms? Attaching an extra letter perhaps? Thanks so much in advance!

No worries at all, thank you anyways! Maybe I'll be able to get mine covered with my husbands insurance as well, fingers crossed!

Absolutely, I understand that and am not asking for a waiver or looking to dodge anything. I was more so wondering if anyone had any insight on if this is actually a new requirement as I've seen mixed information on whether a booster was needed now and don't see anything on the USCIS site about it. I'd been told it's wise to get your required shots before the medical so they can just fill it all out with no delays or rescheduling or extra fees, which is why I'm asking.

I entered in a pre-clearance (Vancouver) so I believe my arrival into the USA would be the YVR? Not sure what to list after that if so, as it asks for “state” and this is in BC / Canada and it isn’t an option on the drop down nor can I type it in on the form. Or, would this be where I landed for my connection to my second flight in the USA? This doesn’t seem like it would be right to me though… Any ideas? Part 3- Addresses. Medical Lastly, I looked into medical requirements a while after I arrived here while researching, and had all my necessary vaccines. I am now seeing people say a booster is needed for covid, but I can’t find anything on the USCIS site about this. I also thought they removed the covid requirements / said you only needed 1 now anyways? I have 2 already but would rather not get any extra shots if they’re not necessary. I’m planning on submitting this later as I need to get my paperwork in ASAP to not go over my lawful stay before filing. Thank you so much in advance!
