  1. Sounds like your being too casual with your green card status but you have to weigh your risk tolerance. Personally I would focus on citizenship and then you can come and go as you please.
  2. You have to be patient. If uscis needs anything they will issue rfe. I know it's nerve wrecking but this is the process. Try to schedule more in person meetings if possible.
  3. Not meeting in person at all or within last 2 years prior to applying
  4. What does the I94 say Admit Until Date? You can't enter the US with the intent of marriage and adjustment of status.
  5. Did you meet in person within last 2 years before petition was filed?
  6. No experience with embassy stage, but the i134 was not asked for, although I sent it to my then fiancée in advance. If you make it past the embassy then you will definitely need it for I-864.
  7. I don't believe you do because the newborn is not seeking an immigration benefit. Other mor experienced members here could probably help.
  8. Also please complete your timelines it's blank. We don't know how far along you are in the process.
  9. Once you get crba, apply for us passport. You would mention baby on the i 864 provided to nvc
  10. Baby may already be a US citizen. Research crba to see if they qualify
  11. Be patient. Hopefully you can meet in person before the interview.
  12. Please complete your timelines. I think you're in normal processing times but check uscis.gov.
  13. Your timelines are not complete. When are you eligible to apply for citizenship under 5 year rule?
  14. Did you divorce after the extension was granted?
  15. You can get married but must return to Canada after your authorized time. You would have your interview in Montreal.
  16. The issue is the visa was granted under the incorrect pretense and perhaps the parties may be getting charges of misrepresentation. The parties should have just used the spouse visa process.
  17. Actually both couples must be unmarried at the time the petition is filed and remain unmarried until the US entry. The visa should have not been granted.
  18. I think the AoS will be denied. Couples are supposed to be unmarried at the time the beneficiary enters the US. Marriage is supposed to be in the USA
  19. To my knowledge, SSA requires appointments. No more walk in.
  20. Spend plenty of time together before filing again. Morocco is high fraud country.
  21. How many times have you met in person? What was the purpose of the visit? If the intent was to marry and adjust status before US entry, it's considered fraud.
  22. Make sure you file 693, and 864 forms or it will be rejected by USCIS
  23. Hopefully you filed for the employment authorization card and requested SS card. With that you can apply for dl or state ID. Until then you would have to use foreign passport.
