    Everything you send with UPS has a tracking number. Yes in your profile you can update the dates of when important events occurred and it useful for the website in aggregate for forecasting when uscis may act on your case.

    Usps or ups?. If it was by the post office, you won't get a tracking number unless you send it certified mail. Also did you pay by personal checks or credit card?. Has your card been charged or checks cashed? Finally please create your timelines

    Waste of time to file I129f. The k3 visa is dead. Just file i130. You'll be a Green Card holder from day 1 of entry

    Over 6 months and less than a year will result in a 3yr bar. The proper way to be file I130 and return overseas

    Was the intent to marry before you entered the US? What was the purpose of the trip? If the purpose was to use the tourist visa for the sole purpose to get married and then adjust status, then that's not allowed. You must go through consular processing

    I think you're cutting it too close being outside of the US. No absences over 6 months and more than half of the time in the USA.

    On what basis is the extension for? To my knowledge, overstay starts after the I94 expires. If it's more than 180 days past , then reentry bars kick in. Other members may have more knowledge

    Any reason you are using a visa preparation service? The form is pretty straightforward to complete yourself.

    Separate each form, but mail it in together. The forms get separated by uscis for processing at the lockbox

    I just know that us requires presentation of us passport when leaving. Are you going to Philippines 🇵🇭? It's my understanding that Philippines citizenship is canceled when another is obtained and they have to reapply
