    True, but I think it's an easy way of states to let law enforcement know. Even my home state has limited term on top of dl if individual on work permit

    A 2yr green card expires for a reason. I think it's a way subtle or not to differentiate between us citizens and all others. I know one state explicitly has the phrase non citizen dl/id in bold letters on top of document.

    Always read instructions. If the question doesn't pertain than write n/a. Always include every page of forms. You will have several other forms to complete throughout this process. As others have said you need to become an A student during the whole time.

    What ever option you choose you must follow all instructions or your application will be subject to rfe, or denial. Highly recommend several visits as pakistan is high fraud country.

    Wow 3 master’s degree 😳? Are you sure your sevis record is still active? It comes across that you're jumping the line to stay in the US rather than consular processing.

    What was the intent of the tourist visa? If immigration was the intent from the beginning then that's fraud and the applicant must return for consular processing. I would file the I765 because it would be needed for social security number and state ID or driving licence.
