I got my Temporary greencard through marriage in 2015 in INDIANA and got a divorce in 2017 and applied to remove conditions. got my permanat green card 2020. Just before i got it i got a DUI on June 2019. The court gave me a misdemenor charge and i got my licence back in 45 days.
I have now moved to TAMPA Florida and its Jan 2024 I was wanting to apply for my citienship.
I have also been married 2 times before.
I have all documents of good conduct form my work and church and neighbors.
SHould i wait till June 22024 so the 5 year mark is complete? Or can i apply ow?
I have gone through N400 form and attested every document regarding my marriages and my DUI. Answered all questions correctly. I have not hired a lawyer.
Will this affect me becoming a citizen?
Also what are the processing times if everything goes smooth
