  1. It would be hilarious if it weren't so damn serious. This election will literally change the course of history.
  2. HAHAHAHAHA! 2024: A logger sells a truckload of lumber for $500 because of inflation. His cost of production is $400 + $300 for gas to fill up the truck. He will file chapter 11 in a month when his savings are depleted after 3.5 years of Bidenomics. Define communism.
  3. Sorry I didn't read this whole thread. "With whose money" is a great question you will never get answered. This whole saga STINKS. There were at least 3-4 shooters, there is NO WAY this kid hit Trump so accurately (well he would have if GOD hadn't intervened) with a [deleted] AR15 with a red dot while he was just interrupted by a police officer. Anyone following Dan Bongino on the case?
  4. You are right, unfortunately. People who paid attention knew this years ago. But the majority of people is too busy watching Kim Kardashian eat a salad and be famous for no reason to forensically examine the obviously strange and discordant events of November 8, 2020 and beyond.
  5. Deranged Jack Smith continues to burn the taxpayer's money for his personal vendetta. Sometimes I wonder what they have on the guy for him to keep up this sham. Normally I would say because it's an election year and the democrats and rino's will stop at nothing to do whatever is needed to keep the system on life support, but this goes deep for some reason. So I wonder who's pulling his strings.
  6. They didn't even have to ship it, I asked for a scanned copy.
  7. Oops, same here. I also checked 'no', very confusing indeed. So wait for an RFE or can I just resend the form, signed, with that part fixed?
  8. Interesting. I requested the full medical as well, as I paid for it and it should be mine, but I was told they were only allowed to provide me with my (incomplete) DS-3025.
  9. My sponsors have enough income so I left all my own stuff empty. It's up to you I guess. I decided not to get any, but when I was still in The Netherlands I read that there was something for people who were moving to a different country, but it was incredibly expensive. If you have health problems now you will probably need to get something like it, but since I don't have any health issues, I decided not to take it. I think the bank fees from The Netherlands to the USA is about 12 euros per transaction, so depending on the amount you send it's not bad at all, no clue what Austrian banks charge though. I have used Wise before the other way around and that went smoothly as well. Do NOT take euros here and deposit into your USD bank account, the exchange rate they offer here was ridiculous. Make sure that if you take cash in USD and not in EUR. You can bring as much as you want, as long as you declare it and have evidence of where it came from. Not sure if that would give issues, I had never heard of it so had to look it up. We wanted to save time and money and plan on renewing our vows and having a real wedding when my family can be there, and my husband didn't want to do the courthouse thing, so we did the online Utah marriage. Was hilarious, quick and comfortable in our hoodies on the couch HAHA! They provided two Philippine women as witnesses for us and a minister married us. I think that was around $500 and we received a digital certificate, a video and the official certificate in the mail 3 days later. I'd do it again so highly recommended!
  10. Only the most recent is required, the previous 2 years are optional (according to instructions of form I-485)
  11. You're not going o get all that for $1440 I'm afraid. If you want to apply for all three it will be $1440 for I-485 alone, then $260 for the work permit (I-765) and another $630 for your Advance Parole, or travel permit (I-131). I opted out of both the I-765 and the I-131 as I do not need to work and as for the Advance Parole I saw too many being approved so closed to the actual approval of I-485 that it's not worth $630 to me. I also had to file a waiver for $1050 so I decided $2490 was enough for now.
  12. Same here. Was delivered on 07/05, NOA just came yesterday, dated 08/14. You should probably receive your email notification in about 2 weeks if your timeline is similar.
  13. I had the same concern after I had seen many on this forum get their NOA's so quickly. I sent in my package on July 3rd, with FedEx, they received it and signed for it on July 5th, I got my NOA's and biometrics appointment in the mail yesterday dated 08/14, postal stamped 08/16. So it took quite a while to be delivered also. My checks were cashed the same day USCIS sent out the NOA's (08/16) so as soon as your CC is charged your NOA should be on its way! When did you file?
  14. Ken Paxton is right. I get so furious when I see illegal immigrants being handed everything on a silver platter and people like myself and most people on here spending a lot of time and money and gaining a lot of grey hairs from the stress from doing it the right way, including having to pay double the fees since April 1st so that they can process the illegals for free. The immigration process is hard, you have to really want to work for it but that is the way it should be, as much as I would love to get that green card handed over for free! This nonsense will be over after November the 5th.
  15. At any time now that is going to change to VISA ISSUED. Congrats!
  16. As someone who made an oops in their K1 Visa journey, I know for a fact that the only stamped and original, approved I-129F is in the VISA package you get from the consulate with your passport and visa that is SEALED and you SHOULD NOT OPEN (lol!) but hand over to the CBP officer at your port of entry (even if they do not ask for it!), who will then send it to USCIS. So you will receive it but you are not supposed to see it, it's in the sealed visa package together with your complete immigration file.
  17. I brought bank statements of both my then fiancé as well as my joint sponsor (my fiancé jut moved back to the US after having lived in The Netherlands for 10 years) of the past year. That turned out to be too much lol, as I was told I was kind of 'overprepared'. She did keep the most recent statements though. I attached the tax returns for 2022 with them as I didn't have 2023 yet in January and when I filed my AOS package I just included the whole shebang again for 2022 and added 2023 as the most recent. They probably have some double paperwork now but I rather give too much than not enough and get an RFE. The 3 years of tax return is optional. I added the income of all three years of my joint sponsor to the form with my AOS, but didn't add the tax returns. My joint sponsor is retired with VA benefits so there is not much changing except for it going up each year and my husband didn't have a US income. I would add all three years if easy to obtain just to be sure if you have regular jobs though. Just in case. I brought my latest employment contract and salary in the Netherlands to my interview even though I thought it was odd they would care/ask since I would leave my job, but I think they kept those as well. So if your fiancé has a good paying job and a solid contract overseas now, that might actually help the consulate decide, who knows. I would assume they want to see if you can support yourself as soon as you get your work permit by checking what you did and for how long in your own country. Because I would have no idea why else they would want to see that.
  18. Birth Certification + Translation is needed for the interview. Once your I-129F is approved you will receive a letter with instructions that will tell you exactly what you need. I also made sure I brought the same with me here to the US in case I need them again or in case USCIS loses documents (you never know). It's easier to obtain all that stuff in your own country than from the USA.
  19. Baie geluk! First step is done, congrats!
  20. Is there really no dutchies anymore? I've been in the US for nearly 5 months now awaiting my AOS approval.
  21. Yup I did! You can check my timeline. I am now in the USA and my AOS is pending. Are you from the Philippines but filing in The Netherlands? Things have changed somewhat since I had my interview in January as you go through the Frankfurt, Germany consulate now instead of the Amsterdam one. Feel free to contact me if you have questions!
  22. It might be different for France and I don't know about your birth certificates, in The Netherlands you simply do not get your original birth certificate but I could get a certified international copy. If your birth certificate is not in both French and English, make sure you bring the original, a copy and a certified translated copy of it with you. As for the birth certificate of the sponsor, I only brought a copy of it with me (well 2 copies, can never be too prepared) and a copy of his passport. They never asked for the originals because why would you have your USC original BC with you in France? That would make no sense. So don't worry about that. Ask your fiance if s/he can scan his/her original birth certificate and passport (both sides) and bring the prints of those with you.
  23. Not in Ireland but it may apply to you too. My i-797 expired 12/27/2023, I didn't have my medical until 01/12/2024 and my interview on 01/23/2024. I had no idea my I-797 had expired until I booked my medical and went through my paperwork. I tried to contact the consulate by email, explaining the situation but never heard back. Eventually it turned out it was extended automatically, probably because it all took longer than usual, or they extended it because of my email and just didn't respond back, To this day I still have no idea, all I know is that it never gave me any trouble. Did you guys ever hear anything?
  24. I didn't go through Frankfurt because in January the consulate in Amsterdam was still handling the K1 Visas for The Netherlands, but I did go to my interview and my medical had not arrived there yet. I asked if it may still arrive since it was sent by the civil surgeon with DHL the day before, but it turns out that the medical exam is shipped to the embassy first before forwarded to the consulate so that takes about a week. I am assuming the same goes for Germany. My timeline, hope it helps: Medical exam: January 12 Medical exam sent with DHL to embassy: January 22 Interview at consulate: January 23, approved pending medical, passport was taken Visa issued: January 31 So it took 8 days for me after the interview to see 'Issued' on my screen and a few days later I received the package with my passport and Visa(I paid to have it delivered). So if you had your medical already, ask the health center when they shipped it and where. When did you have your interview?
  25. I have received my NOA's finally, both for my I-485 (dated 08/14) and for my I-601 (dated 08/14) plus biometrics appointment (dated 08/19) on the 4th of September!
