  1. Filling out n400. i've lived in same spot ever since ive been in the USA. There was a question that it asked what my current physicial address is with a To and From date. The next question asks "where have you lived". Do I need to add my current place again?
  2. Sounds good. Is it worth adding stuff from the i485? Or thats too much
  3. So we have to send same old evidence again?
  4. Going back 3 years? It was just sent with i751 a year ago
  5. Hi everyone, is there a guildeine or checklist of best/reccomended items to send with N400 for this section? Could someone please direct me. Thanks in advance.
  6. Current SSN says Valid for work only with dhs auth. So it would make sense for them to update right?
  7. In the N400, it is asking if I'd like to have a new social security card issued if and when naturalization happens. is there benefit to that? i have one currently... does it require an update?
  8. Question: is early filing eligible for the 3 year rule or only the 5 year rule? In our situation, over 3 years married, US citizen husband and GC holder spouse. LPR for over 3 years as well.
  9. Does thar residence mean living together a couple or just straight up living at location regardless
  10. Yes online. So can I safety assume that residence date from is NOT the date of green card start date?
  11. Thank you. I thought it meant when Green Card Holder became a "permanent resident" through green card. The reason I thought that because it says "Residence". I may be confusing myself.
