  4. Hi everyone, I am preparing to send additional documents because I got an RFE. They are asking for medical diagnostics and my attorney already submit those in the initial application, has anyone experienced something similar? Should I submit the same documents? My main concern is that we changed insurance because of the horrible way they handle my sons birth and Idk if I would get a diagnostic from The new doctora right away without exams . What would you suggest ? Thanks
  5. Hey guys, I got a RFE asking for additional documents 🤦🏻‍♀️ this situation is consuming my life 😞
  6. can you share a little more insights on this ? I am a labor trafficking victim and I currently have a T1 visa , a week ago my attorney finally said that we should go for the adjustment of status while we wait for the waiver to be processed at some point but I am worried.
  7. Do you guys think that being a victim of labor trafficking can be a valid reason to ask for a case to be expedited? Thanks !
  8. I came to the US in 2017 on a J1 visa, but in 2020, I was granted a T visa due to being a victim of labor trafficking. In 2022, I faced challenges as I gave birth to my baby, who had health complications, and I personally battled sepsis. I've submitted medical and psychological evaluations, along with supporting documents highlighting my trafficking victim status and collaboration with law enforcement on the case. Do you think this makes a strong case for my hardship waiver? Thanks for your insights.

Sorry to hear of your troubles. The person you've messaged hadn't been on the forum for years, so isn't likely to see your question. I'd suggest you ask in the forums where those with experience of waivers can help you. Good luck.
