  1. I second the above response. Absolutely do not have her leave or you will lose the ability to refile and will be stuck with more limited options. Have you filed a motion for reconsideration?
  2. Good morning, all. I'm sorry for a question that has probably been asked a million times but I can't seem to find a consistent answer so I figured I'd reach out here. On my wife's DS-3025 form I noticed it shows that the medical examiner administered the Hep B vaccine, and it has a code B that says something like "Not enough time to complete full series" or something like that. So I looked into it and found out that this vaccine is actually three doses. She has only received the first dose according to her form. Will that be a problem for AoS? Will it trigger an RFE? I will be scheduling her for any remaining doses but was wondering if it would pose a problem to file now. Thank you in advance for any assistance or advice
  3. Good afternoon everyone, My fiancée is from Ireland and she recently got approved for her K1 Visa. She will be entering through Dublin next week. There is the potential for poor weather next week during her flight time though. Our concern is if she gets through US Preclearance at the Dublin POE and has thus "used" her K1 Visa, and then the flight is canceled due to poor weather, what do we do? My guess is that she would have to stay at the airport since she wouldn't be able to leave and "re-enter" on the K1 Visa even though she technically never entered the US. It's an odd situation so any advice, knowledge, or personal experience would really set our minds at ease if the worst were to happen. Thank you for your time, DiVo
