  1. Yeah, that was at the top of both the I-485 and the I-765. We're also watching our checking account for when the Cheques are cashed. its just the "Still in transit" being stuck on the tracking is causing the worry, that and the fact my 90 days ends at the beginning of Feb.
  2. I mean specifically the 90 days that it grants to me. We were Married in December and now are filing for AOS.
  3. Last week, my wife and I sent our Adjustment of Status packet (I-485, I-864, I-765) through USPS the the Carol Stream lockbox in Illinois. We payed for 3 day shipping but over a week later the tracking status hasn't changed from "Moving through network, in transit to next facility arriving late." We have the receipt and copies of everything but we don't know if it will arrive before my Visa expires, which is at the very beginning of February. We allowed for over 2 weeks of leeway for the shipment but are now worried what should we do if it doesn't move or arrive on time. Should we resend? Or should we wait for it to arrive? I understand it could have shipped with nobody marking it as such, but it's just a panic here honestly. Has anyone been in a similar situation or can offer advice?
  4. Hi Everyone, So my Fiancée and i are in the final steps of completing our i-129f form and corresponding evidence, we have everything ready to print but we are not sure how to physically set everything out when we print it all. Would we be better off putting everything in a ring binder or is loose paper in clear plastic pockets better? Do we need title pages to state every different section of the evidence/ forms? What is the best order to put things in? Even if someone could point me to a previous post outlining this all so we can get it sorted, we want to make sure we have everything set out appropriately and clearly so the officer/ reviewer can navigate everything smoothly, and we can have a better peace of mind when it comes to making sure everything is in the right order and concise. Thank you for your time!
  5. Hey all! This is my first post on this website, My fiancée and I are filling out the I-129f form and double checking over everything, as well as adding any missing info, which brought me to get some advice from this forum. In regards to our employment history sections in Part 1 and 2, we don't have enough spaces to list all of our past jobs for the last 5 years and when it comes to using the additional information in Part 8, we both need to know if the "Item Number" section can be used for multiple items (E.G Part 1, items 13 - 16.b) or if you have to use a single additional information section for every single individual item ( Name of employer, Street Number and Name, Etc.), as this would add up for both of us to like 40+ additional pages. As well as this, if anyone has any tips about formatting or submitting that would also be amazing because were doing it ourselves and the nervousness of being close to submitting it setting in a little. Thank you so much!!
