  1. Also will add under remarks it states Covid-19 vaccine (WHO EUL) AstraZeneca not readily available.
  2. I'm a bit confused on if i-693 is required or not in our case. K1 visa, her medical was completed in Russia 2 months ago, on the DS-3025 she recurved from the medical it has the part checked that says "K visa applicant voluntarily completed vaccination requirements" Do we still need to fill out the i-693 and visit the civil surgeon? Or is it possible to not include it and just a copy of the medical report with the i-485?
  3. How long of a layover would you recomend at point of entry airport when arriving to USA in order to have plenty of time to get through passport control?
  4. Congrats!! We just scheduled our interview in September. Just applied for a Schengen in Hungary. I will feel much better once that is hopefully approved. She doesnt work currently since she graduated in Feb we figured better to spend time with family before she moves. She has around 4-5k usd in her account and I put a sponsorship letter in for her with my tax, bank and pay records. I make over 200k and all flights/hotels paid for including my flight from the states so hoping they accept that. But yeah really concerned about the Schengen. Definitely glad you had no issue flying into Poland and everything went smooth. How long were you at the interview site waiting?
  5. There is a link to read it under that statement, you don't need to have it sent to you.
  6. Our case has been recieved and shows ready on the tracking site https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker. I have completed the D-160 and was curious if anyone had scheduled the interview prior to getting the e-mail from the embassy? We need to apply for Schengen so want a solidified date as early as possible, so would there be any issue if we paid the fee and scheduled the interview now before getting that e-mail? Whats worse case scenario? Just being forced to reschedule potentially?
  7. Actually quick question if anyone knows. This is what the status says when checking the case number: Your case is in transit to the Consular Section. Your interview date was provided to you by the National Visa Center. Is that second part incorect? We haven't recieved any interview info and that is handled by the embassy I thought.
  8. Got our FTP e-mail today as well. Ours was omly at NVC for about 1 month though. For k1 does this e-mail mean its already been sent to the embassy or is there more waiting? Just kind of curious what the remaining timeline will look like.
  9. USCIS sent to NVC on June 3 and recieved this via email today. The National Visa Center (NVC) received your fiancé (e)’s/spouse’s approved I-129F petition from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). NVC will now forward the petition to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in Warsaw, Poland. Please note that the transfer process can take several weeks. The U.S. Embassy or Consulate will contact your fiancé (e)/spouse when they are ready to process his or her petition. Hopefully wont be too long till we can schedule interview. Would really like first week of September to take advantage of some work holidays ))
  10. My fiance is in Russia, Our case is currently at NVC just waiting for the mail from them as last update from them was: "The National Visa Center (NVC) has received your petition and will send detailed instructions to the petitioner, principal applicant, and attorney of record (if applicable) soon." anyone know the typical timeline from this to getting the instructions then ultimately the Embassy recieving the case? We are trying to prepare for Schengen application and a bit worried she won't get approved. She just graduated from specialist degree in February but hasn't looked for a job since she will be coming to the USA so instead been using the time to be with family and prepare. We have around 5k USD in her account and can add more if it would help. Ive also heard it might be possible for me to sponsor her Schengen even if we aren't married, has anyone done this before? We are initially going to try Hungary with places like Bulgaria, Italy and Greece as back ups. I really don't want to have to transfer the case and delay it longer so any tips on best way to ensure she can get approved for Schengen? Even if it costs more.
  11. I have a theory on this especially seeing the dates mentioned on this post. I had the same issue end of January filer. On track my visa now I noticed all weeks in January were processed fairly quick but then February started with no progress on the last week in January even some March started. I'm thinking they have a fast track and a slow trackfor procesing and applications coming in the last week of the month are slow tracked. This could just be a coincidence but I might recomend anyone about to file towards end of month wait a bit and file early the next month.
  12. Being able to track progress has been fun for the most part then you see this and wonder if they forgot there was another week in January ))) Regardless the process is going way quicker than I thought upon filing so no complaint just wish we could get across the next finish line. Congrats to all those February cases getting approved recently though.
