My fiancée is from Mongolian but currently resides in Ireland and she is applying for her K1 visa and needs to obtain a Police Clearance Certificate from China. She had studied in Beijing for over a year. The Chinese embassy in Ireland wasn’t a help. Outside of traveling to Beijing, has anyone used an agency? We are concerned because according to the agencies we contacted, the physical passport is required, so we would have to send it. This is a risk for my fiancée because if she were to lose her passport, there is no Mongolian embassy in Ireland to help her recover her passport. So if we have to use an agency, which ones are legitimate?
