On the upper left select the first item, New Application/Schedule Appointment. Under Visa Type select the Visa Type, then Continue. On the next page select the 2nd ITEM, Address Registration for NVC Scheduling...and then Continue. Verify that the details of your account are correct and that your mailing address is up-to-date, and then Continue. Add or verify any dependent's information is correct and then Continue. On this page specify how your passport will be delivered to you and then Continue. You will now get "Your transaction is complete.". When you select Printable Version all of the GSS Profile data including the UID code can be printed out on paper for your scheduled interview.
