I won’t get $525 back if I withdraw, as the case is closed with decision. What is the point in withdrawing? Second , filing 130 again will take 1 yr or more ? Or is there a way after refiling i can expedite and if yes, on what basis.

I filed I-130 for my parents(Petition for Alien Relative) and last week got Decision letter from USCIS stating. Your form I-130 is incomplete because the petitioner signature is deficient. I made a mistake by typing beneficiary name against petitioner signature. What’s the best way to fix - option given to me in letter u USCIS I-290 B, EOIR-29. It took exactly 1 year for USICS to make a call.
