  1. @Moumita Ghosh This is just a recommendation, not legal advice. You can sign a new copy of the I-130 form and upload it under "unsolicited evidence" along with a letter explaining the error. In most cases, USCIS reviews unsolicited evidence as part of the adjudication process, so this may help.
  2. Mod, please delete. No longer needed.
  3. PD: 12/2023 Approved: 01/13/2025 Texas Service Center No K3. Consular processing. Online application without a lawyer. Happy to answer any questions, good luck to you all.
  4. @Boiler That's right—I couldn't find any information online either. Do you know how long it usually takes to receive a decision once a case is with the adjudicating officer?
  5. Hello, I recently requested an expedite inquiry on my pending I-130 through my local Congressman. USCIS responded, stating that since the case is already with an adjudicating officer, expediting the case isn't possible. How long does it typically take to receive a decision once a case is with an adjudicating officer? Do officers have any specific timeframe or metric for completing cases once assigned? Thanks!
  6. Quick question, any info if New Delhi location is also conducting interviews for approved i-130/CR1? Or is it only Mumbai?
