  1. Yes that's the one I'm referring to. That person left right after they mailed out their forms.
  2. There was another post about i131 denial, and they didn't get denied until the very end of the entire process.
  3. A requirement is that you need to be present in the US when you file the i131. The problem is that they're defining file by the receipt date, and not by when you mail the form.
  4. I'm going to file I-131 travel and to figure out when I would be able to leave the US. I'm confused about what is considered the receipt date (NOA1) from USCIS? Is it the date that my forms get delivered to the lockbox? Or when they open the document and then process the form?
