  1. That's what I was thinking at first. I even checked with Emma. No actions on I-485 as of now. Will do
  2. What was the estimated time shown for your case in the "my progress" tab on USCUS portal?
  3. I’m thinking about filing I-131 case again with the evidence that I never left the country. If I don’t apply I'm afraid they might use the same reason to reject in GC case. I checked with emma agent, since my 485 is filed before April, new 131 case will be free of cost.
  4. Congratulations on the approval of your case For my case, I'm the beneficiary and my fiancée (now wife :D) is US citizen. I never left the US since filing the case.
  5. No other choice. Sadly, I'll have to spend $800 on appeal.
  6. Just received this denial notice for my I-131 AP. The mentioned I departed US without APD and funny thing is I never left US after filing my case. Anyone else seen this kind of denial reason before?
  7. All my cases disappeared from USCIS account. I'm trying to add them again, it's not working. Is anyone else facing the same issues?
  8. What is the question about finance? About the name change: no she doesn't "have to" change her last name. It's totally upto her is she wants to take your last name, it has nothing to do with USCIS.
  9. I received my EAD card yesterday. Time to start job search. Hopefully everyone gets their approval soon.
  10. My I-765 status changed to "Card Was Produced" on April 20th.
  11. Received EAD Approval notice I-797 in the mail yesterday which says I'll receive the card in 1 or 2 weeks.
  12. Same thing happened for my EAD case. Hopefully they'll update the status soon.
  13. Today, I attended my biometrics appointment, arriving about 10 minutes late, which thankfully didn’t pose any problem. However, the entire process ended up taking a substantial amount of time—approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes, with the vast majority of that, around 2 hours and 20 minutes, spent just waiting. The application center, located in Alexandria, VA, was completely filled, indicating a high volume of appointments. Impressively, within just one hour after the appointment, my case status was updated to “Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS”.
  14. Received my NOA1 in the mail today for I-485, I-131, I-765 along with the biometric appointment letter.
