    Hello! My FR was sent last 28th of December. Did you receive your approval from USCIS? or still waiting for it? Thanks!

    No. I did not require any sponsor views since I was not funded by any.

    My NOS was denied because my country's guidelines were changed prior my application. My lawyer filed my hardship and they were the one who turned this in to DOS so they just sent me the case number for me to check any updates on my end.

    Got my FR. After 14 months in DOS.
