I’m new here, be gentle. I have my 129 form mostly complete, plan to be in Manila in less than a week. I talked with another about the process, he did it about 5 years ago. I looked carefully through the instructions, printed them off. I had originally planned to use a ‘service’, the guy I talked to said to follow directions, complete everything, then mail to the address in TX. He recommended doing it myself. I will collect her copies, information, all the pictures of correct size & background, etc.. When back home I plan to double check things, copy, then mail it off, with tracking. Am I missing much? Any info on current processing times? Seems an interesting site. I have a rather clean history, hopefully things go ok.

I’m new here, early in the process. I don’t have many answers, but I would for sure try to travel with her if you can. I would do the same. If needing translation, I’d at least load up a phone with the ability to do so, mostly free on Google translate.
