Hello everyone, I have been trying to build the confidence to self apply for my case thanks to this website but there's a few questions: Our situation, my husband is a recently naturalized citizen originally from France. I came to visit him on early August and despite the initial idea of visiting for three weeks as I did a couple of times, this time we decided we couldn't bear it longer and he proposed so we got married and I didn't return on the flight back. We have been waiting to file once he became a citizen (He was a green card holder) and now that he is I would like to see if we need to file any kind of extra waiver on top of the pack that is available on this forum for AOS on ESTA since the ESTA was overstayed...
