I am currently in the USA, after I got a DV lottery in Nepal. I was given a yellow envelope in Nepal while collecting my visa stamped passport to give to the immigration at the airport. On my arrival at airport, I was thinking somewhere in the airport, someone from the official might ask for that envelope but no-one asked me and I was already out of the airport before I knew. So, I was waiting for my green card but even after 90 days, I didn't receive my green card and I think the yellow package is the issue here. So, I tried contacting the immigration but they are taking ages to get back to me. I am already on my 5th month of my visa and it expires next month, but they said they are gonna get back to me in 30 days. So, I was wondering if anyone knows how it works, like will I have to worry about my visa now or once they get back to me, I can just give them the yellow package and wait for the card afterwards?
