  1. Just a random thing I thought I would share here. St. Luke's website is trash. Make sure you put your details in correctly. If you go to edit them after your appointment the system changes the dates of the birthday and passport information in the background when save an update. It's a pain in the butt. I ended having to cancel and start over as the date of birth isn't something you're supposed to be able to change.
  2. It's a bit erratic. My stepdaughter was DQ 12th of Feb. She didn't get a letter.
  3. It's a bit erratic actually. My stepdaughter's DQ was the 12 of February. We didn't get a letter for hers.
  4. Another chunk of people must have had interviews scheduled. I got an interview letter for the wife was DQ in Feb 2024.
  5. https://ph.usembassy.gov/u-s-embassy-to-launch-new-visa-application-center-additional-consular-information-services/ There's another application center opening in the metropolitan Manila area (Parañaque) at the end of the month. It seems like it's to help with processing and will change the way things work prior to the interviews. It sounds like you'll have to do stuff at this location prior to the interview for document related items. Not sure if this will speed things up or slow them down.
  6. Looks like it went all the way to November 20th for those waiting
  7. That is the priority date and that comes into play when comparing it to the visa bulletins for those it applies to. You don't become DQ if your priority date isn't current (which is applicable of visa holder applying for an overseas spouse. I.e. Work visa applying to bring a spouse over). The interviews are supposed to be scheduled pretty much based on How long you've been Documentarily qualified in order unless and expedite petition is approved. As for whether or not that's what the embassy/nvc is following or it's just whatever they feel like is another story.
  8. If the spouse is a US citizen the priority date does not matter. Priority dates are for your spot for "available" visas for immigration that year. Visas are always available for the spouse of a US citizen.
  9. There's a another thread on this website. People DQed in august of last year are getting their interviews finally. If you DQed in January expect a response towards the end of the year if not early next year. They're dragging their feet on the CR1 interviews.
  10. When was your DQ date? Disregard I looked at previous stuff. Looks like yours was from july
  11. The countdown timer is just an estimate and is updated based on an algorithm. It's not actually being updated on a cases by case basis. Estimates are now listed as 14 months for the average processing time across all service centers. So those that filed this year probably won't hear back until 2024.
