Hi guys, hope you guys have a Merry Christmas!!!
Im a TN2 visa holder that was renewed on Nov 2023 and got approval for an extension. I submitted my spouse and children i539 and i539a forms respectively on time to get their TD visa renewed as well. My children application was approved but my spouse i797c notice got rejected with the following notification:
Rejection Notice: Recently you submitted an application for immigration benefits. That form was submitted with an extra remittance that is not required to process your application. Your payment is being returned to you with this notice. No additional action by you is required at this time. If you submitted a G-1450 Authorization for Credit Card Transaction, your submitted G-1450 has been destroyed.
Can anyone provide some advice on what that means? We submitted G-1450 for my spouse and children with the $370 USD stated here https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/g-1055.pdf for each applicant.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
