  1. Hi Jacob, I need to take a similar path here to try and expedite our vaccine waiver. How did you submit an expedite request? I am not finding the instructions for that, also, how did you get through the automated robot calling the USCIS to speak to someone? your help is kindly appricated, Tom
  2. There is no expediting the i601 waivers applications? yes...and i601 was submitted and received. issue is, we live in a dangerous place, pretty much a war zone, and we need to leave asap. thanks for your help
  3. Hi I cannot find the process how to file a expedite request for i-601 applications (medical waiver) Can someone please point me in the right direction? Kindly Mr-t-bone
  4. Hi Community We received a letter from the embassy that we are eligible to file a medical i601 waiver after IR1 interview The address on the letter from the consulate General does not match the address on the i601 - where to file - page. I assume we should follow the one on the i-601 website, but I want to make sure before we mail it in. I wrote to the embassy but they are taking their time replying and we want to move forward with the application. Do you know which is the correct address? Also when shipping with UPS, what should I write down for phone# and contact person? The letter from the consulate General specified the address is: USCIS Phoenix Lockbox addresses For express mail or Courier deliveries: USCIS ATTN: 601/212 Foreign Filers 1820 E Skyharbor, Circle S, Suite 100 Phoenix, AZ 85034 But upon verifying this address on the USCIS website, we found a different address is the current one: https://www.uscis.gov/i-601-addresses Seeking an immigrant visa or a nonimmigrant K or V visa and I have been found inadmissible by a consular officer after my visa interview. USCIS Phoenix Lockbox FedEx, UPS, and DHL deliveries: USCIS Attn: I-601 Foreign Filers (Box 21600) 2108 E. Elliot Rd. Tempe, AZ 85284-1806 kindly Mr T
  5. Exactly, the applicants are the spouse and 2 step-children of the petitioner. Petitioner will be the sponsor as you wrote. I wonder, is it 3 times the required income for how many years? The first year? 3 Years for the spouse and 5 for the children? Should he get a notarized letter from the US bank showing the funds are there, and has been there for the last 12 months? Thank again for your assistance and feedback, you are awesome! MR T-Bone
  6. You have been so helpful pushbrk, i really am thankful for your help and explanations. Our sponsor is 9K short in last year reported income to qualify as the sponsor for the 3 intended immigrants. Perhaps you have an idea how we can help add the missing 9K revenue... What about this option? A foreign saving account with the funds, but it has to be 3 different accounts with 3x9K$ on each immigrant name? any other ideas? regards
  7. Any idea how self-employed will show proof that his income increased? if he has saving accounts with the additional funds, will he need to show proof as well? thanks in advance!
  8. thanks for the prompt reply, Do you think our 1st joint sponsor, claiming this year income as 80K will qualify ? Any specific proof he will need to show that his income has increased (self-employeed so no W2s unfortunately)
  9. Hi folks, Could you please help me understand the following? The required income calculation for our sponsor required annual income is $59K (household of 4 (state: FL) + 3 immigrants). Our 1st joint sponsor has u.s domicile and they reported 50K on AVG on their last 3 tax returns. But this year they can report 80K on their current income. Our 2nd joint sponsor (the petitioner and spouse) has to prove plans to re-establish domicile. And has 3X the required income in a U.S Bank account for more than 12 months. Earns more than enough in Annual income but it is foreign self-employed earning. Would this be sufficient and satisfy the financial requirement for the IR1 visa applicants? Much much thanks in advance!
  10. Hi Mate Got an update for you on IR1/IR2 visa We got DQ2 December 26, and got the Interview scheduled email on June 21. Scheduled for Mid August. good luck and see you on the other side.
  11. hi any chance you can help me find her post? have you made progress with this? did you file a waiver?
  12. thank you kindly for taking the time to reply to my inquiry ❤️ Can the applicants visit the USA in the meantime on Tourist visa (which they do not currently have) or using the recently allowed Visa Waiver process for Israelis via ESTA? or would this not be looked kindly upon by immigration officers ?
  13. Hi We started the IR1/IR2 visa process in Israel. Our current stage is : We received NOA2 (documents approved) on Jan/2024, and are currently on waiting for Interview to be scheduled. Situation at our country is not very stable/secure, and we are considering our options. If the applicants enter the USA on tourist visa, can the interview/process be completed in the USA? What are our options here?
  14. Hello dear community We are doing the IR1/IR2 visa process for my Wife and 2 Step-daugthers (20yrs, 16yrs), and we've uploaded all required documents for Wife and 20yrs old we got the note saying, "all required applicant documents have been recieved and approved" for the 16yrs old, we only got a note saying, "XXX (Sponsor) might not have a principal residence or be domiciled in the United States. Please submit proof of domicile. For more information on domicile requirements, visit https://nvc.state.gov/fin." It turn out the letter in which we are claiming Sponsor, will resume domicile in the USA was not uploaded to the case. so we uploaded it to the case, with supporting documents, and again received the same note: "XXX (Sponsor) might not have a principal residence or be domiciled in the United States. Please submit proof of domicile. For more information on domicile requirements, visit https://nvc.state.gov/fin." we've uploaded the same documents exactly for all 3 applicants, so why we are not getting the Approval note for this one ? any suggestion would be great appreciated Tom
  15. thanks for asking, we started the process before she turned 21 so she's in! do you think I get ahead by filling the i-601 now instead of waiting for the incomplete medical?
  16. Hello dear community, Perhaps you can help me understand the following: We are doing the visa process for wife and 2 step-kids from aborad (israel), it is IR1/IR2 visa types. The kids (17, 21) will ask for Vaccine Exemption based on relgious / moral grounds We are at the stage of submitting all the sponsor and civil documents. From what I understand they will be asked to file the i-601 after the interview or after the medical examination ? Should I go ahead and file it now already or must I wait until required to do so? Thanks!
