  1. PD March 23 DQ Feb 24 PD was current in July 24 August - 24 - Initiated transfer to London Embassy through NVC. My previous consulate has backlog and takes ages to get an interview September 24 - NVC emailed me a new case number which corresponds to London Consulate Happy days
  2. Not transferred from another consulate. Just through NVC. Once they did the transfer, they have provided me the new case number starting from LNDXXXXX The new case number can be tracked via Caec tracker, the status says 'at NVC'. Some people say that DQ stays the same even after the transfer so not sure if I will be at the start or at the end of the queue for interviews at London consulate. Any guesses as when should I be getting the IL?
  3. My EB2 NIW Case is current. DQ on 10th Feb 24, cased transferred to London (through NVC) this month. When am i expecting IL? any advice? thanks
  4. You never know, you may get the IL letter today as well. Just keep checking your Inbox and Junk email as well
  5. I have worked as an IT contractor in UK providing IT services using my own UK limited company to several clients between 2012-2018. On the DS-260 form, should i put my own company name between 2012-2018 or should I put my client’s name? since i was the director of my own company, should I put my own name as the supervisor's name or the client's supervisor name? thanks
  6. My EB2 petition was approved and the case is now at NVC. I am currently filling up the DS-260 form. I was divorced in 2021. From my previous marriage, I have one child which lives with the mother in Germany. I have been re-married in 2022 and now I have one child from second marriage. The child from first marriage will not be immigrating to the US since living with the mother. In the DS-260 form, once declaring my previous ex-spouse, I will mention the child there and tick on 'not immigrating to US' I will provide the divorce certificate in the civil documents, do I need to also attach birth certificate for the child from first marriage? (Even the child is not immigrating to the US) thanks
  7. MY PD is March 23. Expecting it to be current in few months. I have seen alot of videos from different attorneys mentioning that one can move their case to a country where they have a legal right to live. I have a bank account, Cell phone and other bills still coming to my home address in the UK and can move back to UK as well.
  8. I am a dual national (British + Pakistani) and currently living in Pakistan since last 2 years, before that i was living in the UK. I have applied for EB2 VISA which was approved two days ago. In my I-140 form, I have selected Islamabad consulate where the case should be processed. However I have heard that the DOS has allowed petitioners to move their case from one consulate to another if they can prove they have legal status in that country. Islamabad has quite a backlog and could take atleast 3 years to get an interview. My question is: 1) Once USCIS sends the approval to National Visa Center and they will then send me a welcome letter. Using the nvc inquiry form, can i ask them to change the consulate from islamabad to London by attaching the copy of my british passport? Will that suffice or do i need to mention it to them that i will be moving to London as I have lived there most of my life and want to process my case there. 2) If i stay in Pakistan while the case is being processed within London Embassy, once they issue the IL letter, i can then move to UK with my family to attend the interview? (My Wife is not a UK citizen and has Pakistani passport so she will be coming to UK on a visit visa) 3) When i am filling the DS260 form, do i need to mention my address within the UK or Pakistan? I currently have a place in the UK so i can use its address
