  1. @LMaxwellwhat is your degree and where did u do it. How many countries have you stayed in for more than 6 months. How many children do you have? After that CO said all looks good and they are waiting on some checks, thats it.
  2. @Boiler hoping this is the not longest version of AP. When i asked the CO if they need to handme any paper (such as 221g), in reponse he said all looks good, waiting for some checks. I have to travel in the first week of January and would have to request them to return the passport. I also mentioned this to CO in which he said the checks could take a day or two or a week n half.
  3. Update about my interview at London Embassy: I had my interview in December for EB2NIW, Consular verbally approved it and said that he is waiting for some checks and kept passports. No paper was handover to me either. Status changed from Ready to AP after two days of interview, then Ready to AP again in the last two days but still not changed to Issued. Has anyone been in the same scenario?

  5. My friend was interviewed for EB2NIW in Oman (a Pakistani national) a month ago and after the interview, his visa was approved, His B1/B2 Visa was cancelled and then got his new visa on the passport, so dont worry. You should get it in a day or two.
  6. Congratulations @PACMAN82 , your status should change in a day or two to Issued and should take 3-4 days to be delievered at your home address. Can you share what questions that you were asked in the interview? thanks
  7. IR1 (in UK) just got Interview Letters today around 12:22 PM. Did anyone from EB1/2 Category got their Interview letters as well?

  9. @NiJOS7 I will give you a job hunting tip which will easily land you a job in the US even before your move. use Google queries. You can be extremely specific to filter through all the noise and doing so ensures a couple of things: the job is posted on the company careers site the job is still active This way you can find thousand of roles on the company's website which must be related to your job title. Lets say you are looking for a Product Manager role which can be remote associate to senior-level roles. In my experience, these roles are commonly posted as Product Manager or Product Owner. Just goto google.com and type the following: This query will return the following remote roles at any company that uses these hiring platforms: Associate Product Manager Associate Product Owner Product Manager Product Owner Senior Product Manager Senior Product Owner Not alot of people know this and not alot of people may have applied for these roles so you will have greater chance to lock an interview and get hired. If you have any questions related to running these queries, DM me, thanks
  10. yes I am waiting. Transferred my EB2NIW case to London in September 2024. DQ is FEB24
  11. PD March 23 DQ Feb 24 PD was current in July 24 August - 24 - Initiated transfer to London Embassy through NVC. My previous consulate has backlog and takes ages to get an interview September 24 - NVC emailed me a new case number which corresponds to London Consulate Happy days
  12. Not transferred from another consulate. Just through NVC. Once they did the transfer, they have provided me the new case number starting from LNDXXXXX The new case number can be tracked via Caec tracker, the status says 'at NVC'. Some people say that DQ stays the same even after the transfer so not sure if I will be at the start or at the end of the queue for interviews at London consulate. Any guesses as when should I be getting the IL?
  13. My EB2 NIW Case is current. DQ on 10th Feb 24, cased transferred to London (through NVC) this month. When am i expecting IL? any advice? thanks
  14. You never know, you may get the IL letter today as well. Just keep checking your Inbox and Junk email as well
  15. I have worked as an IT contractor in UK providing IT services using my own UK limited company to several clients between 2012-2018. On the DS-260 form, should i put my own company name between 2012-2018 or should I put my client’s name? since i was the director of my own company, should I put my own name as the supervisor's name or the client's supervisor name? thanks
