    We received this I-797 in 2014 and have been waiting since. Carefully reading this notice make me think that we need to complete I-824 for USCIS to send the petition to NVC. Has anyone seen similar notice and what is the course of action? Do we file form I-824 or just keep waiting? Thank you in advance.
