    They are in Vietnam. I had my daughter-in-law filled out the I-130 petition. I think there was a mistake on the petition form too. What should we do now? Fill out I-824 to request USCIS to send the visa petition to NVC?

    I am the petitioner. I am a US citizen. Beneficiary are my sister and her single daughter Not a typo. Notice date is September 10, 2014.

    We received this I-797 in 2014 and have been waiting since. Carefully reading this notice make me think that we need to complete I-824 for USCIS to send the petition to NVC. Has anyone seen similar notice and what is the course of action? Do we file form I-824 or just keep waiting? Thank you in advance.
