    Hello everyone I hope you all are doing well. Regarding I-864 affidavit of support, my mom is included as dependent on my 2023 tax transcript but she don't live with me anymore and I don't support her in any way now. Do I still have to include her as part of household? If I do include her im afraid my income won't meet the poverty guidelines. Thank you!

    Hello everyone! I was wondering, do I send the aos form I-864 with the form I-129f? Or I would have to wait for them to ask it? Which part of the process does affidavit of support take place? Thank you for your responses!

    Hi everyone, My fiancée is Canadian, I (petitioner) currently unemplyoed as I am still a student but my fiancée works 2 jobs and he can sustain himself upon entering here. Will this negatively affect our application? Greatly appreciate your help.
