  1. I’ve got a question. So you were only able to submit your affidavit and other documents required by NVC after the 2 weeks wait?
  2. It’s giving that based on the pattern of approvals which has been occurring on the 7th week after their PD, it happens to be accurate as of now. You’re almost there, just be patient🙏 and it could come earlier if USCIS starts to do better.
  3. Based on the RFEs I’ve seen from May to June, it’s usually within 3-6 days. Someone on here received RFE on same 26th and got a response on 31st, so hopefully this week you get a response or you can try calling on Monday and inquire.
  4. Congratulations. It’s crazy how all those backgrounds checks suddenly got done, meanwhile they had your case sitting down there and you deal with the frustration of being away from your loved one and other cases get approved. I don’t believe a thing USCIS says anymore, they just don’t care for the most part.
  5. Congratulations guys. I pray they keep up with this pace and even better🤞
  6. Wow my PD is August 2nd, but active review August 29. We’re in same group
  7. Praise the Lorrrrrddddddd. We told you girl, Congratulations and I pray the next phase you give it grace ok, it may take time but it’ll come to pass. Wish you both the best as always
  8. Don’t lose hope pls, lately it seems some people get approved when they received the first active review not even the date they filed. Hopefully by weekend or next week you get a second review🙏
  9. Congratulations🎉🎉👏👏. I’m looking forward to the rest of April and incoming May approvals
  10. Congrats to those recently approved, just want to find out if any of you filed K3(I129 F) after submitting your I130?

  12. Hello illumined congratulations 🥳, my spouse and I are Cameroonians too. Wishing you a quick DQ and interview process, pls update us on your next steps.
  13. @AK65 I’m rooting for you, been following y’all’s timeline since I filed I-130 for my husband in August and it is so fulfilling to see the approvals after the long wait and worrying . Praying each of you ends the year with an approval.
  14. Hello we’re in sync. I’m a USC and filed I-130 for my husband who lives in Dubai on August 2nd 2023, received NOA1 4 days later with Nebraska as my SC . Filed I-129F with priority date as October 18th, received K3 receipt 2 weeks later via mail and my service center changed to Texas for both forms. My partner and I try to avoid getting anxious by focusing on the timeframe of most approvals which in our case would be June or July, but if approved earlier than that will be nice. Trusting on God for a smooth process for us all.
