It’s the Petitioners address they’ll need, USCIS focuses more on who’s Filing because that’s how they send letters or emails. NVC updates both parties while the Embassy focuses solely on the beneficiary. Sorry about the RFE, I pray it doesn’t take long to get your approval -

You can call USCIS to find out. Inquiries can be made to NVC, but you want to make sure USCIS has sent your case to them

Yes they do, and they take about a week to reply. Dunno if it’s taking longer now

Just submit the I864 form you already filled out to avoid any possible delays. -

I didn’t even know about that form, but looking at it makes sense. It omits the pages for additional sponsors which one doesn’t get to fill out if you’re the only sponsor on the I864. I believe it should be fine -

It seems we had tried the above route, it had ended with us putting in his passport number. So after trying it again today it shows “duplicate applicant found” At this point do we just wait for the embassy to reach out, or what’s the next step?

Hello dear, the embassy was the one who sent us with the website link to self schedule an appointment following our approved expedite request . It’s sadly the procedure they do for the immigrant visa when they grant an expedite in Cameroon, I have two other people who were granted an expedite like me and scheduled with no issues using the old website . The new website is a total disappointment, I guess I’ll have to reach back to the embassy or maybe NVC because the support service for that website is not helpful

Hello Yommicy I’m unable to do anything on that website and it’s so frustrating🥹. So my I130 was approved for expedite processing on going to the website my case ID shows invalid on the website and even when I try the other option there’s no CR1 listed. Please help me if you got familiar with navigating the website
