    I don’t think he ever filed immigrant. Or if he did it was probably not too long time ago because he hasn’t been a citizen for longer than 5 years.

    Friend of mine is a US citizen and his brother (25) is visiting on B2 visa. He is wondering if he can file for adjustment of status for his brother now?
