Hello, I'm the derivative of an F4 visa applicant, my dad is the principal applicant and the priority date is 26 December 2007, place of birth is Iran. I'm protected by CSPA until I turn 27 (it took 6 years and a 1 month for I-130 to become approved) and I'm currently 21 years old. The case was DQed on CEAC last summer and I filled DS260 with my current passport information and uploaded my passport there as well. My passport will expire in February 2026 but since I'm moving to Italy and would like to have a further away expiration date I'm planning to renew it. This means I'll have a new passport number. I have asked NVC if I can send them the new passport after getting it but they said since the case is DQ they can't review any new documents. My vaccination records also have my current passport number on them. Will I have any problems when I eventually go to the embassy in the future considering my DS260 and vaccination card will have my previous passport? I can bring both the old and renewed passport
Thank you for responding, I actually have no idea if I'll age out or not in the next 6 years considering the visa bulletin movements are hard to predict
