Dear community of Visa Journey.
I'm a citizen of US. I am married to Greece citizen. We submitted I-130 for my husband 6 months ago and it is currently pending.
I live in Athens with my husband for last 3 months. I work for a US based company and work remotely. They agreed on working remotely 3 months ago and I moved into Greece to be with my husband.
My job (big corporation) is now asking for me to work from US office otherwise I will lose my job.
Based on my research, it seems like I qualify for expedite request for our I-130 application or Direct Consular Filing known as DCF. I'm not sure what steps to take next.
I need to give my company decision within 10days and I want to know if I can do anything about this situation without losing my job.
I just want to be with my husband for the time being(i'm pregnant) but i can't afford the job.
I would be ok if we can move to US together and I work from the office in the US.
If anyone has any suggestion or similar experience and can share with me, i would greatly appreciate it.
