  1. also the form says not to leave things blank but i don’t live in a province or have. postal code , do i leave blank or add N/a
  2. oh make sense so what effective date i should put on that form ? the dating actually move or even i sent the form ?
  3. so my husband had his spouse visa interview and forgot to inform the officer of my new change of address so when filling out the I-865 it ask for effective date . do i put the date i actually move which pass the time require to submit to uscis ? or just write the date i sent the form ?
  4. i got a question my wife was approve for her spouse visa. at the time of approval we were only married less then two years . But she’s not coming to the US until next month . by the time we be married 2 years. my question is just because she was approval while we were married less then years, does it matter when she enters the U.S. it be already over two years ? would the cbp officer upgrade the green card to 10 years ?
  5. I move a month before my husband spouse visa interview. The attorney told us to inform the officer at the embassy of the change so they can update the new address .my husband was so happy of the change he forgot to inform the officer. I been reading online and facebook that i was supposed to fill out a I-865 within 30 days of moving but that was last week . others saying to inform the CBP officer at the port of entry ? what can i do

  10. hey guys I have a quick question . I don’t want my spouse sounding like she’s only going to US for a job and that’s not true. so here are my question if my wife is ask what is she intended to do once she enters the U.S.? she was going to tell them once she enters she will look for a job so she can contribute to our relationship. is this fine ? also if she planning to work she will say same answer . if she plans to study she was going to tell them at the moment no but in the future possibly once she’s settle . is these fine ? your feedback is gratefully appreciated
