    Thank you, I've updated my I864 and will take it along with the copy of my contract confirming the US salary once I move there, I've also since sold my house so will take the updated proof of funds.

    Hi, Thanks, I'll mention it to them, it doesn't change the I864 that my wife submitted as we used savings in excess of the requirements (along with assets). The company I previously worked for wouldn't let me continue my (global) role from the US (initially they would but several restructures and a change of management changed this), I was offered a role with a different company and they've added the US role to my contract so I have it in writing, hopefully it will help with the decision as I believe we could now use this income on the I864, along with this I've sold my house (would have been moving anyway) so could also mention that. If I wanted this income to be included (in case it helps the decision) would it be worth completing a new I864 and taking it along just in case? Thanks again Derek

    Just got my IL, DQ'd July 3rd, interview Nov 1st

    They seem to be up to June 25/26th, I was DQ'd July 3rd so I suspect we'll be in the next batch (maybe next week?)

    Mine was odd, I paid both at the same time however the AOS payment cleared in 3 days and the DS260 payment took 7 days

    mine did that and even still said 4 months after being approved lol

    Yes both paid at the same time and both showing cleared in the bank, I'm not concerned, the AoS only moved to paid around 4:58 US time on Friday so I think our IV payment probably missed the cut of by minutes, I've got everything ready to complete the form and upload the docs today... it'd be great to get DQ before the next approval run on the 5th

    Have you submitted your documents yet? we submitted the Affidavit of Support on Friday Evening along with all of the documentation but the IV application payment hasn't cleared yet (hopefully today), do you know how long does this stage takes?

    most supermarkets will sell pay as you go SIM cards, usually between £10-£15 per month with calls and data, it will probably work out cheaper to get one of those and call back to the USA (if you need too) via WhatsApp

    I've been watching the April filers thread too and someone who filed 4/4 has recently been approved so it looks like we're currently around 4-6 weeks away
