    . 1.have you ever violated the terms of your nonimmigrant status 2.since april 1997 have you been unlawfully present in the united states? For those questions is the answer “yes” in case of overstaying the visa?. if so how to explain the reason in the additional information page. the reason was trying to find a joint sponsor, what is a good next to write.

    So you mean that I added to my individual income but I won’t be adding my kids nemes and income on part 6 person1, 2,etc?
