    wonder if anyone ever holds a UnionPay debit card issued by banks in China, and use the card to withdraw money in US while traveling in US or living in US? Thanks

    I know this is an old post. @floridadave, wonder if you have any updates regarding the usage of the unionpay card? also, what does it require for foreigner to apply for one such card? thx
