    Greetings good people We submitted AOS packet earlier this month where I included a check for $520. Notice of Action said payment is incorrect. Any idea what this is about? Has anyone else received the same notice? Please help.

    How long did take your visa to go from approved to issued? Tickets are booked so wanting to gauge timeline.

    Per the NVC Current case creation time frame: As of 17-Jun-24, we are working on cases that were received from USCIS on 5-Jun-24. My notice date 5/22 is that same as received from USCIS? Sent an inquiry last week and got this reply on 6/13 Thank you for your inquiry. Our records do not show that we received your petition. Just trying to see if there is anything else i can do. Appreciate any guidance you can offer. F & K

    I do not have any concern just thought it would be easier to deal with someone who has dealt with that particular consulate.

    Habari Ya"ll If you used a lawyer and applied to the Kenya consulate please share their contact information. I am looking for a lawyer with experience filling through the Kenya consulate. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. -FS
