    Thank you, do you know, if I need a proof for legal name change for each form, i-130 and i-485, so I have to iclude two copies of marriage certificcates for each form, or 1 for i-130 is enough, as I am submitting it all together? Thank you!

    Hi everyone. Short description of the situation: two month ago I filed i-130 with 485 for my unmarried under 21 y.o. son and I did it with the help of attorney, he included my mother's maiden name for her last name in petition i-130, information about me, petitioner and he said that it is usual practice for them. Now I am filing i-130 for my mother and do not know which last name to include in the same question, also her maiden name or her last name as in the documents, because later there is information about beneficiary and I have to include her recent last name first. What should I do: either leave her maiden name as my attorney did, or change it for her last name? Thank you!
