    @DRO @JWR Following that logic.. my PD of 12Jun23 became current in the April 25 Bulletin so I should get an IL by the end of this month?

    Yes I tick the box on the DS260 form. Who can I ask if it's ok to send to my rented PO box? Sorry I am new to this and have no idea.. So did you give your rental address at the interview and then change to the hotel on entry? Do you know if children are required to attend the interview in London? I have 4 kids under 10.. Thank you in advance!

    Thanks this is v. helpful, I had no idea. I would have thought paying the green card fee is a requirement prior to leaving the UK. Updated my timeline as best I could.

    Pay what fee sorry? My DS260 I am.using a NY PO box i am renting monthly. But I doubt a Greencard can be posted to it.

    Hi not sure if someone could help... P.d 11.06.23 d.q. Nov.23 My workplace want me in the US sooner on an L1. Is it possible to go on an L1 , whilst simultaneously waiting on the IL for the eb2 niw? It would be a pain because I would have to fly back for the medical and then again for the Interview. Based on my p.d I don't think I would be getting an IL anytime soon, hence the temptation to go on an L1 for now. Thoughts? Many thanks

    Jan-24 VB, E2 is now 01NOV22. That's about a 4 months difference (Jul22 in Dec-23 VB) Thoughts?

    I really hope so. I dunno why I paid for premium Processing when ultimately I am stuck waiting for my PD to.appear on a VB...sad... On a side note can somebody help me understand how I can make more than a few posts a day??!

    Thanks. It's weird because I saw eb3 in Feb23 as current. But in Dec23 VB the date is dec2021. How the heck does that happen.

    Sorry if this has been asked before... I wanted to understand the 'Current' status better. I applied for EB2 NIW. Has E2 ever been Current? With my PD jun-23 I'm guessing I have another year to wait until a IL!
