Hello guys, my mom is a senior and from previous conversations they said that seniors are exempted from attending seminars but they still need to register online, i already did that on behalf of her and she already got a barcoded confirmation, what is the next step after that, do we still have to go to the office? On the confirmation that we received, theres no date and time to go to the office, how to make an appointment to go in person? or is walk in okay? My mom's flight is on the 5th of December. Im panicking with all these new laws and requirements. Pls help. Thank you.
