    I believe the timeline is about 8 months now compared to the 2022 filers based upon the approvals I’ve been seeing. NOA 1 December 13,2022 RFE November 10,2023 Approval December 26, 2023 NVC Sent to Embassy january 16, 2024 Checked status every day until it was Ready January 19, 2024

    I would call the hospital to get information about the medical since it’s been some time and the status still haven’t updated in the system ?

    Thank you for the timeline it’s very difficult to get some idea abt the embassy in Kingston when it comes to an interview and the medical. How long was the process for the medical that day ? And did you do the delivery service or you picked it up?

    They have to fill out a form of anyone that knows the person in Jamaica I believe. No don’t worry you are doing everything right

    Just want to confirm I got the k1 ftp letter saying it’s going to the embassy. So the bene will be notified or I will or just keep checking for the case status? Should we start doing anything right now?

    Just be patient at this time some waited almost a year and few waited over a year. Start looking out from 10 months from your NOA1 date

    Is there one for January I got approved in December but based upon this calendar it appears I won’t be shipped until January

    If anyone is familiar with the K2 visa process at the Kingston Embassy do father’s need to show dna proof to the consulate officer of the paternity of father/son. And what would be needed for K1 and K2 applicants based 134, marriage impediments and police record.

    I am a December 2022 filer anyone received an RFE and how long it may take for a response after. It will soon reach a year since we filed.
