    I should have posted after I did this, but I've had recent success with a previous poster's method. I've been able to send Euros from my Schwab brokerage account (converted from USD to avoid the ridiculous fee) to my wife's Raiffeisenbank account.

    I'd be interested to know what works for you, because I also have the same question. I need to send about $350 a month to my wife in Russia. I've never done anything with crypto before, so I'm a little bit nervous to try it.
