    Ok but I tried doing that on the uscis website and it told me I am not able too file 130 for my son. The system wouldn't allow me

    What do I do for my child besides his passport. What else would I need for him to get through the airport? Would I be able to go pick him up and bring him with me? What form do I fill for my 1 year old? I can fill the I 130 for my husband but what about my son?

    Hello, I am an LPR in the USA. My one year old and husband are still in my home country. Since I am an LPR I am not able to apply for my son specifically (I can only do that if I am a citizen). I would like to bring my son since he is only a year old. If possible I would like to bring both my son and husband together. How should I go about this?
