Hello, I'm inquiring on behalf of a friend. Catherine and her children are dependents on her husband's EB-3 application and became documentarily qualified (DQ) in June 2024, awaiting Interview Date (ID) under the Rest of World category(Ghana). Catherine has received a 4-year job offer in the UK and is wondering if she can accept it without concerns. If they become current and receive an interview date, can her husband and children attend the interview successfully without her presence? Initially, they had planned to travel together. She's eager to accept this offer due to the current retrogression.

Thank you. The way to achieving the American dream is very long but will be worth it. I see you Boston on your profile? Is that where you are? Massachusetts is my first choice state of employment.

Yes, her Ceac status shows E3. But with her priority date, can you estimate the waiting time for her to get interview and VISA?

My PD sisters PD is 20th July 2023 but she has completed NVC and became Documentarily qualified 27th October 2023. Hows that possible? She is USRN EB 3 (Rest of the world)

What's the difference between a priority date and documentarily qualified? I.e If person A has a priority date of 20/01/2023 and person B has a priority of date 20/06/2023 but person B becomes documentarily qualified before person A, will person B move ahead of person A in the VISA line?
